We currently ship Australia-wide.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays outside our control, shipping may be delayed slightly. We’ll always keep you in the loop if that happens.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can stalk your parcel responsibly.

Escape the Noise is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
